On entering Lee Cottage you will come into an entrance porch, which has shoe and coat racks, this leads to a small hall with bathroom (with shower), kitchen and the snug/playroom.
Through the kitchen is a large sitting room and dining area with wood/coal burning stove, and beyond is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, and a further shower room and toilet.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a full range of pans, tins and crockery.
There is a double oven and a microwave.
The house is well equipped with five bedrooms
From the snug there are stairs rising to the first floor landing off which are two double bedrooms, three single bedrooms and a further upstairs wc-the loo with a view.
All of the rooms are decorated individually with all of the beds having duvets and patchwork over quilts.

The cottage has a free wifi service and there is a telephone which is available to you for free calls to landline between 7pm and 7am.
The snug and sitting rooms have CD players, and a good range of music CDs.
In the snug is an extensive library, with a full range of local maps, guides, and books about the history and geology of the Isle of Mull.
There is also a good range of games including monopoly, scrabble, chess, and numerous others.
